Synovate AZTEC has established two separate consumer panels:

Synovate AZTEC, as Data Agent for Woolworth’s, Australia’s largest grocery retailer, has obtained access to every single transaction that occurs within all Woolworths supermarkets. Through BasketView, you too are able to access that information.
There are 2 different delivery methods for the BasketView Data, being:
BasketView via Woolworths on Web
Available via Woolworths On Web, BasketView is available to you in the shortest possible time frame after the transaction occurs. BasketView appears as an additional list of reports on your report sidebar, and is in keeping with regular Woolworths On Web reporting screens to assist retrieval.
Once a report request has been submitted and processed, an e-mail will be sent back to you, with the attached report in a ready to use Excel format.

AZTEC Temple is a powerful interactive tool designed to let users build their own reports either manually or via report wizards. The AZTEC Temple interface can also be pulled directly into Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications via the Temple for Excel & PowerPoint links.
For users requiring quick and easy access to regularly updated standard reports we have developed AZTEC SmartView. The AZTEC SmartView application delivers instant high quality reporting in tabular and graphic formats.
By adding several BasketView measures into Temple & SmartView, such as Penetration & Weight of Purchase, users are able to provide accurate insights into consumer buying levels alongside their regular scan data.

Synovate Aztec offer a scan based panel to track the Pharmacy distribution channel in both Australia and New Zealand. The representative sample of stores in the panel covers metropolitan and rural areas as well as an excellent cross-section of the various pharmacy banners in both countries.
In today’s increasingly competitive marketplace it is no longer good enough to know what sales you achieved; you need to know why. To achieve this Synovate Aztec has perfected the ability to integrate data from other sources to help explain market share movements. This includes linking information such as ex-factory sales, promotional displays, advertising expenditure and weather into the one database. Sales data from other channels such as Route or Pharmacy can also be included to complete the picture.

AZTEC Temple databases can be created directly
from a clients own internal data using the
AZTEC D.I.T.O Program. This utility takes data
from any ODBC data source and creates a Temple
database with appropriate filters and
hierarchies. Using D.I.T.O, Data Marts can be
created from existing Data warehouses. For
existing clients this will bring the scan data
and internal data onto the same AZTEC Temple
platform. D.I.T.O also creates all totalling
required and has proven to do this much
quicker than existing methods available in
data warehouses.
