After a thorough
review process we are delighted to announce that effective 1st
January, 2005 Foodland Associated Limited (FAL) have appointed AZTEC
Information Systems (AZTEC) as their data agent. AZTEC will
administer the subscription and release of FAL warehouse withdrawal
data, and Action scanned POS data to subscriber vendors.
FAL has also chosen to use AZTEC's reporting tools and customer
service team to benchmark its performance relative to the total
market. FAL made the decision to move to AZTEC based on the
excellent service offered by AZTEC, plus the opportunity to work
with the industry standard in grocery reporting services.
AZTEC will be significantly enhancing the FAL data service available
to subscribers in 2005 with innovations such as ranging compliance,
and distribution data for independents. More details will follow
throughout the year.
FAL and AZTEC look forward to working with suppliers to help them
gain further insight into their business within FAL.
AZTEC will be in contact with suppliers in the next couple of weeks
to confirm subscription requirements for 2005. Invoicing for 2005
subscriptions will occur in late January. In the meantime, please
